The National Millennial and\u00a0Gen Z<\/a>\u00a0NMGZ\u00a0Community is a\u00a0<\/strong>think tank and\u00a0volunteer organization\u00a0<\/strong>composed of over 800 members and alumni globally; representing the rural, urban and remote regions.\u00a0engaging\u00a0the voices of younger generations via roundtable discussions, video conferences and\u00a0dialogues\u00a0with key business, government and\u00a0thought\u00a0leaders across\u00a0America.\u00a0Young\u00a0generations\u00a0spanning\u00a0the U.S. represent more than 50 percent of our country’s population; and\u00a0believe in creating a platform where dialogue is fueled by broadening awareness and understanding, advancing civility, and focusing on solutions.

In 2016, Bill Imada, founder of IW Group developed and established partnerships with seven universities\u00a0for\u00a0collaboration, innovation and thought-provoking resolution platforms.\u00a0Now NMGZ\u00a0represents\u00a0over\u00a0forty-four\u00a0colleges and universitiesin over\u00a0forty\u00a0states, Washington, D.C., and Guam; conducting\u00a0critical dialogues\u00a0with\u00a0over\u00a0360\u00a0executives\u00a0from 130 corporations, foundations, nonprofit organizations, and governmental agencies.\u00a0Cities visited included\u00a0Atlanta to Seattle and Los Angeles to Vienna, Austria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NMGZ Community includes college and university students, young professionals, faculty, administrators, and civic leaders engaged in multi-generational conversations focused upon the long-term future; developing and maintaining a secure and stable environment for promoting the free exchange of ideas; building awareness and understanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NMGZ Community recently visited NYC and congregated at the fabulous award-winning Iron Chef Alex Guarnaschelli\u2019s BUTTER Restaurant hosted by Bill Imada. Guests included NMGZ Community members and Mary Ho, recent returnee and China expat. A great honor enjoyed by all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
